Our Signage Project Process

Initial enquiry - depending what you need at this stage, we will help with early stage estimates so you can assess project viability, or we may confirm all details with you in order to provide a full quote.
 

Quote - a quote establishes the job scope and value. If you need to change either of these to get what you need from the project, we will look to clarify any misunderstanding and adjust to suit.
Quote accepted - invoice issued - we ask for full payment in advance to confirm the order, unless other arrangements are made for 50% deposit payments with balance payments required prior to completion. After your payment is received the project can proceed.
 

Design – design brief confirmed / supplied artwork received
Our qualified designer will work with you to achieve your brand signage layout and requirements, within the scope of the design brief. Designs will be sent to you as pdf proofs electronically, where you can approve the design or request changes. 2 rounds of minor alterations and changes are allowed. Complete design changes or further alterations will be charged additionally as authors corrections accordingly in 30min blocks.
 

Approval - final design approved.

Pre-Press / Production - Your project now moves into production

Your approved designs move into pre-press stage, where digital files are prepared for production processes. Our skilled production team create the physical signage on your order. We may contact you at this stage to propose likely installation dates (if applicable). Depending on your project, production timelines can be several weeks. If you have a deadline to meet, please communicate this to us early.

Final payment - we require balance of payment either before installation, delivery or when you pick up the items.
 

Completion – Installation / delivery / pick up
Your signage is ready for collection, delivery or installation. For jobs to be collected, we will communicate with you and let you know they are ready. For jobs that will be installed, we will confirm day, time and location for the installation with you.

Installation stage – Your premises.
Our installation team will visit your site at the agreed time to complete the project as per job specifications.
